What I sold: The Winter Edition

Cashmere Grey Turtleneck Midi Dress – $25

No tag, unbranded but definitely cashmere.

I just never wear it. I don’t love turtleneck dresses I think, but I do like turtlenecks… this just never got worn.

Luckily I thrifted it for $10, so any amount of money was fine for me.

Massimo Dutti Booties – $40

I got them off Poshmark for about the same price, so this is not a loss.

Loved the look of them, but I realized that I don’t like short boots in a thick, stiff leather.

I like short boots in suede, or soft leathers because when I walk, they don’t cut against my ankle when I do.

They were also a size too big, so … yeah. It was comfortable since it wasn’t too tight and uncomfortable as I am a size 7 and they were 8, but I need a different, smoother / softer leather that is super comfy.

Cosabella Bisou Black Bralette – $25

Three words: Side armpit fat.

I don’t love it. I have to sell it. I am not going to be super toned to wear this, and feel comfy. I would need a medium or larger now, after Little Bun.

I am selling the pink one too if anyone is interested.

Burberry White Trouser Pants – $40

I WANTED TO LOVE THEM SO MUCH. *sob*

BUT I DO NOT FIT INTO A SIZE 4.

Whoever got them is lucky. They are really wonderful but I need a size 6 or 8 I think. These were TIIIIIIGHT.

Anthropologie Double Locket – $30

I never wear it because it is so heavy and swing-y. I wanted to put a picture of Little Bun at the top and us on the bottom, but I never got around to it… and well. Just never wore it.

Vintage U.S. Mailbag Purse – $40

I bought this back in a phase when I liked vintage things on bags and things (I still do), but I just never reach for this bag. I have so many others, I just let it go to someone who will love it.

AG Farrah High Rise Jeans – Size 25 – $30

Who am I kidding? I will never fit into a 25 again. I am not going to go raw vegan and go to yoga daily to get back to this size.

I still own them in a size 27 and they are WONDERFUL.

Ralph Lauren Striped Dress – $70

I got this for about $100 but then I put on weight *SOB* and the waist is SO TIGHT I cannot wear it comfortably without a gap in the waist area.

It said size 6 but was really more of a 2. It’s beautiful, and expensive, but just not a fit.

Rock and Republic Black Ribbed Cashmere Turtleneck Sweater – $22

It is too tight for me as a small. I like / prefer a looser fit so I should have taken a medium instead.

A small, in a tight turtleneck that is thin is great, but something thick like this, I prefer a medium or large to be cosy and comfy.

So, bye bye! Too tight (especially for my size 6 shoulders).

Citizens of Humanity – Poison Skinny Jeans – $25

These were my first pair of designer jeans. I bought them about 15 years ago when I was finally flush with money and out of debt, along with that Burberry coat.

I was a much smaller woman back then, and I am letting them go because I cannot simply bring myself to fit into these jeans again. I wear 2 sizes larger now (27) and would rather be comfortable than cheap.

I am too old to try and squeeze into jeans two sizes too small. #TRUTH

Brown Perforated Belt – $10

Never wore it. Sold it. I should go through my belts, try them all on and see what else can go.

Blue Ring – $5

I made my money back. Got it thrifted.

Crystal Leaf Ring – $5

Also made my money back on this. I just never wear it.

Makeup Forever HD Definition Powder – $10

I don’t wear this powder any more, but it was really great, and I figured I’d just resell it.

Coach Studded Legacy Duffel Bag – $225

I never reached for this bag – it is nice, but it is too boring for me. It is too big for everyday but too small for actual errands where I am running around returning or buying a ton of things. I like HUGE duffels or smaller shoulder bags.

I am actually going towards smaller bags as of late, and my bigger ones just don’t get used – they are HEAVY on my body too which I don’t love.

Clarisonic Mia 4-Pack – $65

I have two more packs left if anyone wants them – unopened, $65 each, they are Clarisonic Mia brush heads (My Mia died and I never replaced it).

Apostrophe Black Eyelet Midi Skirt – $20

I saw this in a store and thought it would resell well, it is pretty, black, eyelet, and sure enough, made $15 off it so I am happy.
