Save. Spend. Splurge.

In the world of Save. Spend. Splurge.: Where you can humiliate men and get paid 6-figures for it

1. FINDOM

I am not even joking. She discovered the profession and now is trying to teach others how to do it. This whole article is worth a read – A financial dominatrix’s guide to financial planning. I am surprised it even exists, but then again, the truth is stranger than fiction, I guess.

2. HOLE-Y

You can also erase a hole with this drywall plaster putty. It is magic. Truly it is. Anything that needs some patchwork, could benefit from this as a handheld applicator.

3. GERIATRIC MILLENNIAL

Yes. I am apparently a geriatric millennial (LOL).. and this article about how my sub-cohort of millennials is the key to working in the future was kind of confidence-boosting.

I remember the days before the internet, on dial-up, with cassette tapes and DVD discs, and having to rewind VHS tapes before returning them. All of this is still fresh in my head, whereas Little Bun will never know the trials and tribulations of someone picking up the phone and CUTTING YOUR INTERNET CONNECTION OFF in the middle of doing something. ARRRRGH!!!!!!

Then, in recent years I have been like many others, embracing the new technologies of TikTok, Snapchat and so on. So we are really the bridge in between the two.

4. MONEY TYPE

I took this quiz and loved what it came up with – Money Type – as it nailed it perfectly – I am both a saver and a spender. But more of a saver.

5. CARGO

Banana Republic’s silk is ridiculously good this season, and these cargo pants in silk are calling out to me. I know it sounds ridiculous, but they look thick, comfortable and very chic.

6. QUICK MEAL

This easy noodle recipe looks DELICIOUS. I can just taste all the flavours of savoury, sweet and salty in my head.

7. QUICK FIX

If you have an old or ugly couch, don’t toss it. Just buy slipcovers in the most luxurious velvet to cover them. They look INCREDIBLE after they are done, like a brand new couch.

8. CORNERED

Corners of walls and areas, are so underused especially in homes with awkward spaces. Enter: The Corner Shelf. I think it’s such a good idea for small things, or even near the doorway so you can put some keys in a bowl when you come in and never have to lose it in a tightly packed in doorway.
