This Simon’s Saint-Tropez skirt for $38 versus this $128 Anthropologie Maeve High Seas Skirt.
I like the Anthropologie one better because the stripes look nicer, but the reviews say that it really is poufy.. as in 2 layers of crinoline poufy.
But if you wanted a contrasting striped skirt look, this would be the way to go.
