Can you recall some times when you have dressed to calm yourself or gain a sense of control?

I always do this.

I wear my favourite wrap dress and heels as my armour when I need to do anything “professional” and feel not only comfortable, but know that I look sleek and chic.

I wear that, a simple black strapped watch, maybe a necklace if any at all and my super comfortable, almost-made-for-my-feet-I-swear… Manolo Blahnik heels.

Then if I am scared, sick or nervous about something, I wrap myself in cashmere.

This is why I own so many cashmere sweaters, cashmere shawls.. I just need to find some soft cashmere pants and I’m set.
