( COSY MURDER MYSTERY, WWII SETTING )
HER ROYAL SPYNESS SERIES: 17 BOOKS
I just went through all of these cosy mystery books, not particularly because they were so gripping but because they were exactly that – cosy. They are based in another time and place (although, timed just before the First Holocaust, as we are currently living through a Second Holocaust at the moment), and it did have some disturbing themes and images for me as a result… but good enough to take my mind off things and figure out the mysteries. Good timewasters, basically.
( THRILLER, MENTAL TWIST, MYSTERY )
THE HOUSEMAID’S SECRET
An excellent mental thriller. It was FABULOUS. Honestly, I loved it. The ending was such a good twist….!! A really satisfying ending actually.
( BRIDGERTON-ESQUE, REGENCY SOCIETY, INDEPENDENT WOMEN )
SHACKLEFORD SISTERS SERIES: 9 BOOKS
Excellent set of interesting, rather fun books. Unconventional family (love), very strong-willed women (love even more), and while not all the plots or stories were that well thought out, I very much enjoyed and devoured all of them.
They were Bridgerton-esque, if that helps!
( COSY MURDER MYSTERY, MODERN SETTING, FILM, BOOKS )
MURDER ON LOCATION SERIES: 4 BOOKS
This is another great cosy murder mystery writer, and I enjoy the different plots of being on location for books, etc.
( COSY MURDER MYSTERY, MODERN SETTING, SPY )
ON THE RUN BOOK #1
An excellent series I am starting. It is actually quite interesting and entertaining, out of all the different series.
( COSY MURDER MYSTERY, 1920s SETTING )
HIGH SOCIETY SERIES: 3 BOOKS
I love the background of these stories, making me think of another time. I am working through all the cosy murder mysteries by this author.
