I appreciate really witty packaging.

The science behind certain cooking techniques.

Now I know how to avoid making my vegetables mushy next time.

Annnnd yet another kid appears in the news to make me feel like an underachiever!

These fashion illustrations made with petals by Grace Ciao are stunning. I can’t even pick a favourite but these two really caught my eye.

These selfies of mothers are making me cringe. I get that women want to be a yummy mummies but you have to draw the line somewhere.

I would just love it if this became true!!

Quit smoking and save a million.

Did you know what your tears look different depending on the reason?

Thanks to @eemusings for the link

I love this chalkboard art so much!

This smoky eye is DEAD EASY TO DO. Even I could do it.

Read this post in the privacy of your own home or else you’ll have to make up stories about how your allergies are killing you.

I can’t even pick a favourite, they’re ALL good.

We should all follow this example, especially restaurants!!

These woven photographs are so BEAUTIFUL.

This song gave me the chills. I heard it on Mad Men.

I’ve always done this and now it’s considered to be in vogue.

Got $300,000? That’ll be enough to pay for $5 meals when you retire in 20 years.

So much cuteness!!!!

These made my head hurt.

Listen up people, the English language may not be strict like the French one, but it is still important to know things like the difference between there, their and they’re or you’re and your.

Cringing. Just cringing at those selfies. I am not into shaming people for selfies generally but how does anyone do that with their kids…??

      I have .. no… idea.

“FOR THE LOVE OF ALL THINGS SANE… READ A BOOK.” Haha! I’m absolutely in love with those fashion/flower illustrations!

    1. save. spend. splurge.

I know right? A BOOK. Not too hard. OPEN ONE. 🙂

Yes, they look like outfits made out of petals that I’d actually wear in real life.

  3. Michelle

Oh my goodnesss…five and eighteen were just downright disturbing. For someone who’s wanted kids all her life and has not had one yet, five made me angry…unbelievable. You get to have a kid and you’re taking naked selfies while your child is screaming or holding your boobs. WTF? That’s really teaching your kid about life..really people?
And eighteen…well, I’m feeling rather smart right now. LOL! 🙂

    1. save. spend. splurge.

Exactly why I shared them. The Mommy Selfies were the most disturbing.

I love that procrastination quote, and the petals turned into dresses!! Beautiful! Also, The Oatmeal has some of the funniest examples of how to properly use they’re, their, there and you’re, your. Come on… it’s not that hard :-/ You’re = YOU ARE.

    1. save. spend. splurge.

If people would just SPELL IT OUT it would make a world of a difference. Then they just need to figure out the difference between THEIR and THERE. 🙂

  5. Clarisse @ Make Money Your Way

I love taking selfie but NO WAY, I won’t pose like that! How come those mothers had a gut to pose like that?

    1. save. spend. splurge.

      Guts? Lack of shame!!!!

  6. PK

I procrastinate by wasting time on the internet – will anyone pay me for that? Please?

    1. save. spend. splurge.

It’s called “advertising”.. or “blogging”. 😉

Oh dear, that number eighteen. Makes me feel like a genius.
