All in all, it is extremely difficult to delete an account with them. I have opened a number of tickets and nothing works.

If that particular link no longer works for any reason, I would log into Starbucks website online, and change the following:

  • Name
  • Phone number
  • Address (I put their Headquarters)
  • Email Address
  • Remove all payment cards
  • Remove all Starbucks cards

And that is as far as you can go I suppose. They really want to pretend they have a bigger user base than they really do I guess.
