After you clear the funds off your account either by using them on non-Starbucks items (e.g. Martin’s Apple Chips), you can go to this link:

All in all, it is extremely difficult to delete an account with them. I have opened a number of tickets and nothing works.
If that particular link no longer works for any reason, I would log into Starbucks website online, and change the following:
- Name
- Phone number
- Address (I put their Headquarters)
- Email Address
- Remove all payment cards
- Remove all Starbucks cards
And that is as far as you can go I suppose. They really want to pretend they have a bigger user base than they really do I guess.
