Sherry’s #OOTD Outfit of the Day Style & Fashion Look: “The Tropical Breeze Look”

I post my outfits on the blog every day at noon (12 p.m. EST) under this Style category #OOTD Daily Style and then I do a summary of all the looks in my Month of Style roundup at the end of the month.

The Tropical Breeze Look

There is something about turquoise and red that makes me think of the tropics.

Anyway, the whole outfit started only because I wanted to wear this silk shirt, with gorgeous chain detailing down the front. It’s actually a Medium, so too large for my frame, but I am loving the oversized look. I like the breeziness of it, and the chains are just so much FUN without being too wild, such as sequins which are pigeonholed into being ‘party wear’.

This combination of a tinge of orange in red, with a turquoise gold cuff is PERFECTION. I love this combination and plan on wearing this colour combination as often as I can. I can’t get enough of it.

I tried to tone it down a bit with some grey flannel trousers, to make it work appropriate.

And the shoes in a caramel colour, is a nice match with the gold in the cuff, and the brass chains on the top.

The woven leather is beautiful. Soft, and stylish without being too basic and boring.
