Sherry’s #OOTD Outfit of the Day Style & Fashion Look: The Regal Queen Look

I post my outfits on the blog every day at noon (12 p.m. EST) under this Style category #OOTD Daily Style and then I do a summary of all the looks in my Month of Style roundup at the end of the month.

I really wanted this super draped, pretty top with a draped skirt and that’s how I ended up with this look. It started just with this outfit – drape + drape on drape!

It just made me think of a Queen. I mean, a Queen wouldn’t show so much skin on a shoulder, but I’m taking a modern interpretation of this look.

It makes me feel so regal.

Can we just talk about the pleating and draping on this skirt? I LOVE IT. It’s stunning. And zips up at the back beautifully.

I picked up this vintage necklace on Poshmark (use code SHERRYISH for $15), and I love the gingko ‘leaves’ of this necklace, or at least, they remind me of gingko leaves.

This vintage necklace is everything I love, including even the tarnish. It shows a bit of interest and flare when it’s a vintage piece, rather than being too shiny and new.

I also added this pretty flower petal ring with a crystal on there to the look because the petals mimic the petals in the necklace (plus the gold tone is similar).

I also love this top. Have I mentioned that a million times before? This top is *AMAZING*.

Simple pumps finish the look.

I feel like a Queen in this. A total Queen.

Even without looking at your title – I was thinking this looked like Queen Elizabeth from the Crown (Season 2). Maybe you can add some long white satin gloves to complete the look?
