Sherry’s #OOTD Outfit of the Day Style & Fashion Look: The Photo Shoot Director Look

I post my outfits on the blog every day at noon (12 p.m. EST) under this Style category #OOTD Daily Style and then I do a summary of all the looks in my Month of Style roundup at the end of the month.

This is what I’d imagine someone would wear on set for a photo shoot. It’s so comfortable, yet .. stylishly chic because it’s not just a plain sweatshirt skirt, it’s a PENCIL-skirt in this fabric, which is super corporate.

This is a VERY WARM outfit. I am wearing a cashmere sweater (super comfy), with a warm sweatshirt skirt (also comfy), with two jackets layered on top, so it’s the perfect Autumn outfit.

I am layering TWO jackets over each other. One is a black cropped sweater that I am stealing the ribbed leather arms for the look, by tucking it under the khaki green jacket and having them peek out. Plus.. POCKETS IN THE JACKET!

For an artsy pop, I added my DIY Eugénie ring (you can read all about how I made it here):

You need a bit of candy on your hand if you’re going to be directing and waving your hands around on set, right!?

I know these heels look high but they’re the most comfortable pair I own. I could have gone for sneakers with this, but it would have really made this look skew towards athleisure.

Green and Black Leather (this is literally the perfect jacket, why did I not do this combination before?), and a whole outfit in a neutral grey is a nice neutral background.

I could even wear this to the park, but with sneakers.
