Sherry’s #OOTD Outfit of the Day Style & Fashion Look: The Loungey Beach Vibe

I post my outfits on the blog every day at noon (12 p.m. EST) under this Style category #OOTD Daily Style and then I do a summary of all the looks in my Month of Style roundup at the end of the month.

There is something about an all-white or neutrals outfit that makes my heart go pitter-patter.

I really just started with the pants, and decided I wanted to do all-white, so I chose an interesting, textural top that is like an elevated tee, slightly cropped with a huge bow in front. As it is from Zara, the quality is suspect. I wish I could find this shirt in a better material, maybe a thick double-faced silk, because it’s just so stylish.

I added a ring I made (YES I MADE IT!!) because it’s unusual, adding a nice look to the whole outfit. Turquoise + White = Perfection.

These flats are just the kind of soft leather flats you wear to go touring the city in. They’re perfect for this look, peeking out underneath the trousers:

I love the textural look of the tee with the oversized bow tied in front. Its structure is a nice mix against super flowy, pleated pants.

Secondhand for the win! The shoes weren’t, so that’s why the price is $200 *gasp*.. otherwise the outfit would have been $85 + shoes.
