Sherry’s #OOTD Outfit of the Day Style & Fashion Look: “The Glam Queen”

I post my outfits on the blog every day at noon (12 p.m. EST) under this Style category #OOTD Daily Style and then I do a summary of all the looks in my Month of Style roundup at the end of the month.

The Glam Queen Look

I love this tank top – The heart wants what the heart wants. It says everything for me. Sometimes you don’t choose. I decided on building a look just around this tank top, and tucked it into a vegan leather pencil skirt to start. That’s the base of this entire outfit.

Then, because I didn’t want it all black and goth-y, I added this beautiful RBG (Ruth Bader Ginsburg) Stella & Dot Pegasus necklace which adds a real good kind of gold-y bronze gleam to the whole look. The brass in the necklace also picks up in the gold in the buttons of the jacket.

The jacket, is a white linen because I wanted textures – leather + cotton + linen + textured collar necklace, and in a tipped black linen, the black picks up in the black in the outfit without being.. well, a black jacket!!!!

The shoes are black. Because I tried with brown shoes but it didn’t look right. If I had silver heels or bronze heels, this would be a good alternative, but black shoes are the real key to this.

Another look going down in my books of “Must Recreate Some day”, because I love the way it looks so much, especially with this collar necklace underneath this blazer on top of the tank, adding some glimmer and glam.
