Sherry’s #OOTD Outfit of the Day Style & Fashion Look: The 50s Vibe Look

I post my outfits on the blog every day at noon (12 p.m. EST) under this Style category #OOTD Daily Style and then I do a summary of all the looks in my Month of Style roundup at the end of the month.

This entire outfit makes me have serious 50s vibes, but with a modern twist (with the belt). I love the ruffle of this dress so much I wanted to try and use it as a top.

Then I added the navy blue because we all know I’m a sucker for Yellow + Navy Blue (another Perfect Colour Combination).

This belt is a perfectly cut belt I paid stupid money for from Isabel Marant (worth it!!!), and I love the way it looks as a graphic, almost like a 3D belt. I like the draping, the tucks, the folds. My only regret is I wish I had purchased it in a longer belt, like a Large because it would have had a longer tail for the looks.

I love how flowy and flippy this outfit is, with a swishy skirt, and thick ruffles.

I added the camel spot heels because the yellow camel colour goes with the top perfectly while adding a bit of a print that’s quite neutral.

You can walk and swish like a queen in this outfit.
