Money Talk: What under $100 purchase have you made recently that changed your life?
What purchase of $100 or less has most positively impacted your life in the last six months (or in recent memory)?
Oh my. So many good things.
The main ones though are these new tech pieces:
The first, being this Qi wireless charging pad for the home and for the office for $30:
And along with it, I bought this USB 3.0 super fast charging adapter for $11 (you need it to supercharge your phone quickly to work with the wireless charger), or else you can just plug it in normally. This works like a DREAM because the charge is so fast, it’s insane.
I now just throw my phone on there, leave it for maybe 20 minutes to half an hour, and then I can use it again.
I rely on my phone SO MUCH lately, making notes, googling notes, Instagramming, blogging… anything.

A portable/travel computer monitor! I am addicted to having two screens both at home and at work and it always took forever to get things done when I end up working out of a hotel room. Recently purchased one off Amazon and it paid for itself on the first trip – I was spending a week at our corporate office in NJ and they had a snowstorm that actually had them close the office. I was able to be just as productive working out of my hotel room as I would have been at home or in my usual office. It’s fairly lightweight (for a monitor) and I had no issue going through security with it.
