Is there an article of clothing or something you wear or carry daily?

A hairband and covering my face in SPF 30 (minimum), either in makeup (foundation, like my beloved Bare Minerals Complexion Rescue in SPF 30 topped with Dermablend’s Smooth Liquid Camo in SPF 30), or in a tinted mineral moisturizer of SPF 30 like the ones from Paula’s Choice  or this one from Clinique’s PepStart SPF 50…

….but to be honest once those tinted or plain SPF creams run out, I will buy Coola’s Unscented Matte Tinted SPF 30 cream. It is AMAZING. I don’t get a greasy face when I wear the SPF and it feels so smooth and soft.

I always carry one, or have one on me. I never know when the whim to tie my hair up will strike.

As for actual clothing or going out pieces, I am never without my perennial pair of polarized Ray-Ban Cockpit sunglasses.

I love them, they fit my face perfectly and .. that’s it.

    I carry my cell phone every day. My keys are on it. So, I carry it with me to the mailbox, around the yard as well as in the car. I can barely walk, so it is a safety net for me.

      I wish I could find a way to put my keys onto my cellphone case…

    I usually have my backpack with me. It holds my 1L water bottle, SPF55 for New Zealand no-ozone emergencies (they happen often!), and my essentials (wallet, keys, phone, office swipe cards, gum, hairbrush, mp3, headphones, etc.). Daily, I wear SPF on my face, hands, neck, and decolletage, and my hair up in a ponytail. I also usually wear my three rings (bought or gifted to me while traveling in foreign lands with friends), and my beloved Bulova watch–I get so many compliments on it!

    I am such a creature of habit.
