All of these looks are very similar to the stuff I reject when I go to the thrift stores. Half of the asymmetrical outfits look like they were sewn by people who can’t sew. You are not unfashionable. You dress very well for all sorts of occasions (work, leisure, etc).

All that counts is that “THEY” think they look good! Ha Ha.. never mind what the rest of us think. The part about the article I like best? The comments below! Look at how many people “went along with the vibe” by saying how “rockin'” those outfits are. THAT’S what cracks me up; and I bet a ton of bricks, none of them would dare wear any of them! (still laughing…..) Thanks for the chuckle.

I think for the boxy shapeless trend, it depends on HOW boxy and shapeless. I have some looser shifts and tops that drape well on my body but I don’t look like a bag lady…

Yes, there are plenty of times when some outfits are described as chic, and I would rather be accused for having grandma taste, than agree. Olivia Palermo has a very special place in my heart, since way too many times, her so- called “chic” outfits almost caused me a heart attack.
