End of 2017: What I bought – The Footwear Edition

Note: Most of the reviews on a lot of what I have purchased can be found under this tag: Style Shopper because it would have been helpful for me to read these reviews online and I am trying to pass on the online shopping <3

And uhh.. this is just for November & December 2017.

This is NOT my Year End Post. That is .. coming later.

Loeffler Randall Purple Suede Mignon Knotted Sandals

BRAND NEW NEVER WORN!!! Got them for a song. They don’t do this Mignon Knot any more but I have it on a pair of wedge sandals I bought a while back for way more money at Club Monaco that are gorgeous:

You can find similarly knotted Loeffler Randalls here, but this $30 Sole Society version in a gorgeous pale gold is pretty close to mine.

La Canadienne Cathy Boots (25% off)

I absolutely LOVE my cheap $30 Canadian Tire boys hunting boots but trekking for half a kilometre is really tough and heavy on the legs, so I bought these which are way lighter, easy to clean (waterproof and weatherproof), and just as stylish with some super warm Icebreaker Merino Wool socks. Those $30 boots are good for grocery shopping and short things in nasty weather.

These ones, are just stylish, cool, suede motos. I’d wear them as-is, but they’re not as warm as my boys hunting boots.

These moto shearlings from UGG are very close to the ones above… or these Aquatalia moto boots.

Aquatalia Geneva Black Boots (75% off!)

Simple black boots in the Geneva Style from Aquatalia, exact here. I bought these to replace my other Aquatalia ones that are getting too old, although come to think of it, I may save them as spare boots for the car. Car boots.

Anyway, these ones are simple, without a buckle, and very sleek. I wish there was no quilt at the back to keep it super simple but you can’t win them all.

Aquatalia Kiara Over the knee Shearling Boots in Anthracite (60% off!)

MY DREAM BOOTS. Shearling to over the knee? Amazing. They’re the Aquatalia Kiaras, and come in a nice sleek black as well (suede and a leather-looking one).. I got them in Anthracite on sale because I am not a fan of black, and over the knee black for my coats would not go (I generally avoid black in coats, I have mostly camel and greys)…

And they’re weatherproof, waterproof and divine. I can’t wait to bust them out once I have them on my feet.

They’re similar to a pricey pair of $2000 shearling boots I saw, and these ones I got for $700.. ish.

A short shearling version (way cheaper) is here…. and Frye has a shearling version too and this one is over the knee!
