July 2017 Budget Roundup = $511,143.65 +21,670.70 or +4.24%
I have pretty much neglected blog writing for the past 2 months but I am back, baby!
Vacation came around, jet lag, getting back to work (it was hectic), and then my family visited for a week.
But then I watched Katherine Ryan’s In Trouble on Netflix (SHE IS SO FUNNY AND GORGEOUS), and then tweeted how much I loved her as a comedian, and she liked my tweet back (which is very nice of her).
Will definitely follow her comedy. She’s.. fantastic with amazing style.

EXPENSES = $7316.60
Well. Ahem. Maybe $1000 of that could have been saved from the not shopping bit, but the rest.. well, it is what it is.
My GENERAL budget at its base without fun stuff, is going to be $2500. I did the math and it can’t go any lower with the preschool fees, taxes, condo fees… I need $2500 a month to “live”.
$3000 if we are being “reasonable” and then for fun stuff? Maybe $3500.
HOW DID LIFE GET SO EXPENSIVE.
Also, why is preschool $60 a day!?!?!? *sob*
TOP 5 EXPENSES
Sounds about right.
NET WORTH = $511,143.65 +21,670.70 or +4.24%
Back to half a milly.
NET WORTH FROM PAST 12 MONTHS
I am liking this trajectory.
Let’s try and hit $600,000 this year.
DIVIDEND INCOME = $240.70
Will work on this. Need to beef up some savings first then I can invest. I’d like to just save all that money to beef up my cash flows before I start investing what I am earning in the stock market (if I get extended on my contract that is).
BABY BUN’S NET WORTH = $19,128.80 or an increase of +$730.33 or +3.82%
Just.. want.. to.. keep.. saving.. money.. and..working. I’m looking at an additional $111,000 by the end of the year.
I’d like to reach $600,000 but that may not happen. I think my aunt’s situation is stabilized but I am shouldering expenses for her for the next while.
